When will my order be ready?
Ready to ship orders will be sent 2 - 3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders for made to order jewellery, which allows us to be more sustainable, will take longer to allow time for us to make your jewellery.  Generally our production timeframe is 5-10 business days.

How Long Does NZ Shipping Take?
All NZ orders are sent via courier, delivery should be 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

How are International Orders Shipped?
Standard international shipping includes tracking. Shipping dates vary depending where in the world you are. If you need your jewellery by a certain date please get in touch, also please consider upgrading to Courier for faster delivery.

What if my Parcel is Lost?
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please note we don’t consider a parcel lost in the post until 30 days from the date of shipping (New Zealand) or 60 days (International).

What About Customs Duties and Taxes?
We do not accept responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items. If you are unsure of your regions threshold for duty fees and tax, we recommend consulting your country’s customs website for more information, before placing your order. 

I ordered the wrong size, can you resize it?
If you have ordered the wrong size we can resize your ring for a fee (as long as the design allows). Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.  There are no refunds if you order the incorrect size.

How can I work out my ring size?
Before going online and ordering a plastic ring sizer consider going to a local jewellery store and asking to be sized. When we attend markets we are happy to size you.

Rings with wider bands should be ordered half a size larger than your usual ring size.

Can I commission a custom piece from you?
Yes, we are available for commissions and are happy to discuss how we can create a custom piece just for you. Email with a description and reference photos if possible to nikki @zazing.co.nz or use the contact form on the website.

How will my oxidised piece look over time?
All oxidised pieces will wear over time to a patina (black/grey colour) that is unique to you.

Do you do repairs?
We only repair our own work and do not repair other jewellers items. Please note if you take your piece of ZaZing jewellery to another jeweller to work on, we will no longer be able to repair it for you.
