New Zealand Shipping

All NZ orders are sent via courier, delivery should be 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping includes tracking. Shipping dates vary depending where in the world you are. If you need your jewellery by a certain date please get in touch, also please consider upgrading to Courier for faster delivery.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please note we don’t consider a parcel lost in the post until it has been 30 days from the date of shipping (New Zealand) or 60 days (international).

We do not accept responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items. If you are unsure of your regions threshold for duty fees and tax, we recommend consulting your country’s customs website for more information, before placing your order.
