Payments


We accept payments through PayPal. Credit cards can be used through PayPal WITHOUT setting up a PayPal account.
Completing payment at the time of purchase is encouraged.
If you are having problems checking out please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Kiwi's may also be able to pay via bank transfer.

Your item will not be shipped until payment is cleared.

Shipping


Most items will be sent within 1 - 2 business weeks of payment being received. Some custom orders may take longer be sure to check your item listing, we will keep you updated if there are any delays.
Please note that NZ Post will no longer accept jewellery for international shipping unless insured. Therefore, we now only offer international shipping that is insured. Peace of mind for everyone :)
We can also offer Economy Courier and Express Courier please contact us for information on cost and shipping time.

Your order will be boxed and sent in a bubble wrap mailer to ensure its safe arrival.
Everything is shipped from New Zealand, delivery within NZ is 1 to 3 working days.
International delivery is 4 to 12 business days.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
- if you have any problems please contact us so we can look into it.

Refunds and Exchanges


Returns in original condition will accepted within 7 days of purchase (please see note) for exchange only unless faulty. Return postage is customers responsibility. NOTE: We cannot accept returns of custom orders. We cannot accept returns of earrings that have been worn for health and safety reasons.

RING PURCHASES - IMPORTANT NOTE

Please ensure you give us your correct ring size. We will not refund your purchase if you give us the wrong size.  We can, however, possibly resize the ring (depending on style) and this will incur a resizing fee. Most local jewellers' shops will happily size your finger for you at no charge.
IMPORTANT - if you are buying a wide ring ensure the jeweller is aware of the width as you may need to go up a size. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to work with you to sort out any issues.

Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore, some small imperfections may be present. We think that these imperfections add to the uniqueness and charm of a handcrafted item. We like to think of these as imperfectly perfect!
